Hey :~)

I’m glad you’re here. My name is Talia Eshel Gloster (she/her)

I’m an actor/artist/question-asker, who studied theater, linguistics, and anthropology at UCLA. At its best, this website will tell you enough about me to help facilitate us connecting for real for real (ie off the internet)!

Art I am drawn to tends to involve: candid explorations of grief, the centering of imperfect queer women/people, the pursuit of truth™ etc. What ultimately connects all my creative interests (stage acting, film acting, singing, dancing, writing, producing, directing, observing) is my search to truly see, and be truly seen by, others. I have come to understand the creative process, particularly when collaborative, to be one of the most nourishing, innately human practices I could offer myself to.

Sing in the shower. Dance to the radio. Tell stories. Write a poem to a friend, even a lousy poem. Do it as well as you possibly can. You will get an enormous reward. You will have created something.
— Kurt Vonnegut, A Man Without a Country
